Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Hola @Jesuslh78, en relació a la foto que has carregat s'ha de facilitar la llicència o l'autorització pertinent. Aquesta imatge és publicada a X i a altre mitjans amb llicència copyright. Si no s'indica el contrari esta subjecte a drets d'autor i no es pot carregar a Wikimedia Commons sense l'autorització adient. Per alliberar els drets d'imatge s'ha de seguir Commons:Volunteer Response Team i/o Commons:Model d'autorització. Salut!-- Docosong (talk) 10:01, 31 May 2024 (UTC)

Bon dia, cert, la foto l'han publicada a X i a diversos mitjans de comunicació, però no és seva, me l'ha passada un amic que no es viquipedista, que és l'autor de la foto i que aquesta mateixa foto l'han fet servir, posant drets d'autor de forma incorrecta els mitjans que indiques, per tant tinc l'autorització per pujar-la i els mitjans no tenen el dret de posar-ne drets d'autor, perquè no és seva la foto...no sé si m'he explicat prou bé.

@Jesuslh78 Si, conec el cas. El problema no és la autoria de la imatge sino l'ús que se'n fa. Tal com s'indica, el propietari dels drets és l'Ajuntament de l'Hospitalet i no recordo pas que en cap publicació de l'ajuntament tingui una llicència lliure explícita. Per altra banda, que estigui mal publicada en altres llocs empitjora el problema. Malauradament l'acte de cedir la imatge no té cap garantia jurídica. Com he comentat abans, s'ha de fer el procediment anterior fent un permís on l'autor de la imatge (amb el permís/beneplacit de l'ajuntament) accepten publicar la imatge amb llicència lliure (distribució, comunicació, tranformació, ús econòmic, etc). En cas contrari, la imatge pot esborrar-se per violació de drets d'autors.-- Docosong (talk) 10:34, 31 May 2024 (UTC)
