VLu, the page is moved from speedy deletion to ordinary deletion. Nothing other has happen, and it is a quite normal action to do. Take your opinion to the delete requaest. Jeblad (talk) 18:42, 18 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
This would be a quite normal action for a third party and not for the uploader. Are you gonna provide appropriate evidence as per Commons:Project scope/Evidence or this request is to be reverted into a speedy one? VLu (talk) 18:55, 18 February 2020 (UTC)[reply]
