I noticed [[[Special:Diff/333096184|someone added]] "free use".
- You have to declare the Author (Photographer), since it does not look like a selfie it can't be yourself.
- The copyrightholder has to send to permissions-commons@wikimedia.org declare that he/she is the copyright holder and allows to publish the file under a free license (f.e. CC-BY-SA 3.0), wich allows to reshare, make derivates and to sell it comertially, see Commons:Email_templates for mailtemplates.
