ウィキメディア・コモンズへファイルをアップロードしていただき、ありがとうございます。この画像についてですが、美術品を被写体とする写真はその美術品の著作権が失効していることが明らかでない限りコモンズで受け入れることができません。ただし、一般公衆の見やすい屋外の場所に恒常的に設置された美術品の写真は、日本語版ウィキペディアにてw:ja:Wikipedia:屋外美術を被写体とする写真の利用方針に基づきアップロード・利用することができます。この方針をお読みになった上で日本語版ウィキペディアへの投稿をご検討下さい。 Darklanlan (talk) 11:50, 17 January 2017 (UTC)
