1986-2010 Circonscription maps

Hello sir, please excuse my use of english as I am not a french speaker, I was wondering if it was possible to know where you got a source for the 1986-2010 French assembly constituencies?

Bonjour, je ne comprends pas votre carte de la 2de circonscription : la circonscription a été définie par la loi n° 86-1197. Lors du redécoupage de 2010, elle n'a pas été modifiée, cf. l'ordonnance n° 2009-935. Pourquoi votre carte est différente de celle actuelle alors que la circonscription n'a pas été modifiée depuis 1986 (à ma connaissance) ? En particulier, sur votre carte, les communes de Montigny-lès-Metz et tout ou partie de Marly, qui font partie depuis 1986 de la circonscription et qui implique une sorte de presqu'ile au nord de la circonscription, cf. la 2d circonscription sur openstreetmap, semblent ne pas être incluses. Comment justifiez-vous l'absence de la commune de Montigny-lès-Metz sur votre carte, faisant partie du canton du même nom et non exclue selon la loi 86-1197, donc intégrée à la circonscrption ?
