File:Screenshot 20210616-015955 Google.jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

This was a professional picture of chief petty officer Eddie Gallagher, not the disrespectful picture the someone had posted of him in the past. The man deserved his due respect and this was a picture that I've had for a couple years now. So I updated the page with it. I did not take the picture, I have no idea who took the picture. I've had the picture for awhile now.
Sounds to me like someone from 2021 Cancel Culture marked the picture for deletion and would rather post a picture to smear the man's reputation (the reason I switched the picture in the first place to something more respectable). SicarioLFM (talk) 03:27, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
- I replied over here: [1] . If you want to show Cancel Culture who's boss, convince the Gallaghers or someone who photographed them to release the legal rights on a photo - it can and does happen for other people. SnowFire (talk) 04:05, 28 June 2021 (UTC)
