Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~. To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg. You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

@Magog the Ogre: Hi.. I am from persian wikipedia; so sorry if I have an awful language. I have question from you. In en.wikipedia, user:Halaghate.sabz upload this file and in it's License, user:Halaghate.sabz put Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. and because of that, I moved it to Commons. @Hedwig in Washington: Hi Hedwig... I am from persian wikipedia; so sorry if I have an awful language. As I said above to User:Magog the Ogre, in en.wikipedia, user:Halaghate.sabz upload this file and in it's License, user:Halaghate.sabz put Creative Commons Attribution 3.0 License. and because of that, I moved it to Commons. Hello! Your English is just fine. You should see how I write in Farsi, then you know what's horrible! The photo has been sitting in the pile of files with no sources for 2 weeks, so it got deleted per semi-automatic procedure. Since there are a lot of files to delete each day, some just fall through the cracks. On top of everything, Magog retired recently. I'll restore the file on basis of your comment above and Com:AGF.
