- Hallo Achim55, Forgive me but I believe you're assuming and taking a side with this warning message and the map edit block? Somali provinces of Sool, Sanaag and Ayn (also known as Khatumo-SSC-Maakhir etc.) are disputed area and not part of Somaliland, this map is wrong. We had other Wikimedia Commons Admins agreeing see [1]. Also here is a map that reflects the correct borders from the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs on the ground in these Somali provinces. [2]. For further reading, if interested I can suggest to you a general online reading found on this websites about Somali dispute in Somaliland. [3]
- I'm neither taking one side nor the other. We have two maps (you may create more if you like): and . Regardless which one is right or wrong we will not mix them up. If you think map A is wrong use map B. If you think map B is wrong use map A. If you think both are wrong create a new one and load it up using a different filename. --Achim (talk) 22:40, 25 January 2021 (UTC)
