You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account. There are several tools to upload files. Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful. Made a mistake? Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Teilweise eher nicht hilfreiche Änderungen

Elsbeere, ich verstehe einen Teil Deiner Änderungen in Special:Diff/193156754/193442114 nicht bzw. halte sie zum Teil für falsch, in der Wikipedia hätte ich sie vielleicht mit der Begründung „Keine Verbesserung“ zurückgesetzt, wenigstens diese Teile. Lass mich mal durchgehen:

1. {{other date|or|}} erzeugt zwar im Deutschen den gewünschten Text (nur, ist das in allen Sprachen so?), ist aber semantisch falsch – richtig wäre {{i18n/or}} gewesen.
2. Warum entfernst Du die Referenz, die ich für den alternativen Titel eingefügt hatte? Nicht löschen, sondern ergänzen wäre korrekt gewesen – von mir aus an erster Stelle, da sehr gut, aber eben nicht ersetzen. Diese von dir eingefügte umfangreiche Referenz bietet übrigens einen weiteren Alternativitel.
3. Warum entfernst Du den Sprachcode aus der Vorlage {{Inscription}}? Auch wenn es kein modernes Hochdeutsch ist, ist es doch weitgehend verständliches Deutsch.
4. Was soll der Blödsinn der Sinn sein, die Lizenz aus dem Permission-Feld herauszunehmen? Eigentlich müsste es meiner Ansicht nach genau anders herum sein: Bei Nutzung von {{Artwork}} oder {{Information}} benötigt man den Abschnitt, wie Du ihn extra eingefügt hast, gar nicht mehr. Und wenn Du ihn schon einfügst – warum fügst Du dann nicht auch die Überschrift für den Beschreibungsabschnitt ein?
