Pay attention to copyright

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. I have the copywright license for this picture. There is no need to delete it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavideLing90 (talk • contribs) 09:27, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

we keep discussion on wiki so that others may follow them. This image is clearly from a TV program so copyright will be owned by the TV company. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 09:28, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

We got it, I work for the company. I can upload it if there is the need. Just could not find out where to do it. — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavideLing90 (talk • contribs) 09:30, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Do you work for the TV station or the website? --Herby talk thyme 09:47, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

I work for the company who detains the copywright. How can I have back the pictures? Where do I have to put the license? — Preceding unsigned comment added by DavideLing90 (talk • contribs) 16:21, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Therefore you are not a representative of the TV station so cannot license that image anyway. Please be very careful about uploading copyrighted images. Thanks --Herby talk thyme 17:27, 30 April 2020 (UTC)[reply]

As a courtesy to other editors, it is Commons:Signatures policy to sign your posts on talk pages, user talk pages, deletion requests, and noticeboards. To do so, simply add four tildes (~~~~) at the end of your comments. Your user name or IP address (if you are not logged in) and the date will then automatically be added along with a timestamp when you save your comment. Signing your comments helps people to find out who said something and provides them with a link to your user/talk page (for further discussion). Thank you.

Notification about possible deletion

[edit]
Some contents have been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether they should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at their entry.

If you created these pages, please note that the fact that they have been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with them, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues.

Please remember to respond to and – if appropriate – contradict the arguments supporting deletion. Arguments which focus on the nominator will not affect the result of the nomination. Thank you!

Dear All. I understand your concerns about the copyrights, we may discuss the one with the TV station but for all the other ones you don’t have any reason for even suspect that there is a violation. Anyway if you would be so gentle to answer just one of my question I would be glad. Is there any possibility for me to upload the copyright license for this pictures? Thank you. DavideLing90 (talk) 16:10, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

there is no discussion about copyright - that is an absolute. While you take this approach we are unlikely to think that your activities are actually backed by genuine copyright compliance --Herby talk thyme 16:15, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

But I do have the license! You are a scammer! This is just cyber bullism. I have all the licenses and wikipedia states clearly that if you have the copyright license than you can post the images. DavideLing90 (talk) 16:19, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

If an uploaded image has been published previously somewhere else a confirmation per COM:OTRS is required. --Achim (talk) 16:49, 2 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Mr Achim, this images have bot been published previously in any other website. We can delete the tv pic, I understand. But the other ones are not to be found anywhere else, this are free material under license that I own and want to share with everybody. Please, feel free to attach the link to any website that have published this same pictures, you will not find any. Regards. DavideLing90 (talk) 04:12, 3 May 2020 (UTC)[reply]
