Hi Cedar101. Please note that Template:TeX is a redirect to Template:Use TeX, i.e. it is a maintenance template. Tagged files are put into Category:Images which should use TeX. Files with a TeX code alternative such as those found using incategory:Images_which_should_use_TeX insource:\<ce\>/ should not be in that category. Hence, please don't add {{TeX}} together with a TeX code. --Leyo 21:51, 11 June 2016 (UTC)
- {{TeX|1=}} parameter accepts only a plain
<math>...</math>tag. I couldn't find the way to insert<math chem>...</math chem>or<ce>...</ce>into {{TeX}}. So I added the<math chem>...</math chem>after {{TeX}}. -- Cedar101 (talk) 08:14, 13 June 2016 (UTC)- That's true, the template does not currently allow these options. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content: images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose.
File:Winfile-v10-0-file-manager.png seems to be free (or it would be proposed for deletion), but it was identified as having a wrong license. Usually, it is because a public domain image is tagged with a free license, or because the stated source or other information is not sufficient to prove the selected tag is correct. Please verify that you applied the correct license tag for this file. If you believe this file has the correct license, please explain why on the file discussion page.

The reason given by the user who added this tag is: Copyright attribution missing (as required by Expat license), and proof of permission missing. Also File:Winfile-v10-0-file-manager (cropped).png.
