- I own the copyright I took the photo. I own and operate the inflatables in the picture. 2A00:23EE:2430:255A:825:3E46:F698:6D0E 07:52, 23 April 2024 (UTC)
- You had 6 months to respond to the COI notice on your English Wikipedia talk page. Given that it took you less than 3 hours to respond to this deletion notice I have to assume that you were aware of the COI notice and chose not to respond. Now your pictures have been deleted. You can upload them again if you wish, but since the photos are on the web on a copyrighted site you'll have to prove to us that you really do own the copyright and are releasing them for public use. Note that such a release would mean that anyone can use the photos for anything they wish, including modifying them and using them for profit. And since you claim to be the owner of the balloon company, you do indeed have a COI when adding pictures of your company's product to Wikipedia articles. Meters (talk) 22:37, 23 April 2024 (UTC)
- I didn’t get the same notification like I had for these ones or I missed it coming through on email.
- while I don’t own Kubicek Balloons or now known as Kubicek Factory. I do run Kubicek Balloons UK on their behalf through my company Nova Balloon Services Ltd.
- Both photos and images are mine to use freely as you see in the websites I run and happy to be used in this format.
- I feel both images are good examples of what Kubicek have done the Moon for example, and advertising inflatables with the Branded inflatables.
- I felt I have filled a gap in the knowledge within Wikipedia in what Kubicek do. And what an example of an advertising inflatable is. You may feel there is a COI because I run those websites the links go to, perfectly entitled to that opinion but both links provide more details about what the images about.
- If you feel I have a COI by using these images and linking to my website then please feel free to update the relevant pages yourself with relevant information.
- I feel without both images and links will leave information missing in both areas of what those images are meant to portray. Specialising in Hot air Balloons and Inflatables this is a gap I thought I could fill to demonstrate what can be done by adding examples from my own work as I know it to be true and correct.
- Im not going to contest and if you feel the need to take them off because it is a COI linking to information known to be true via my own work then I won’t do so in the future. Instead I will continue to add useful information on my own websites.
- regards

- As I wrote, the images have already been deleted. And I've already explained what you have to do to allow Wikipedia to use them. Running Kubicek Balloons and owning Nova Balloon Services Ltd means that you have a conflict interest. You are required to declare your conflict of interest and the procedures for editors with a conflict of interest. Meters (talk) 05:00, 27 April 2024 (UTC)
