Copyright violations
[edit]
Hello Bakel123.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |

Thanks for uploading File:N604bakel.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:N604bakel.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

File:Mathijseind.PNG has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

- Hallo,
Mvg Bakel123 (talk) 14:55, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- erfgoedgeowiki.nl is not affiliated with the Wikimedia Foundation in any way. The site does not adhere to the same licensing principles as the Wikimedia projects and does not appear to give any consideration whatsoever to copyright matters: it includes content which is demonstrably non-free without any information on its copyright status.
- When you upload a file to Commons, you need to provide source information that allows others to verify the claims you make about the file's copyright status. None of the source information you have provided contains any evidence that the author of this painting died more than 70 years ago, as you have claimed. The site is not the author of the painting. The author of a painting is the person who painted it. You may wish to read Commons:Eerste stappen and Commons:Image casebook (particularly Commons:Image casebook#Internet images again.

Mvg Bakel123 (talk) 18:27, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
- Please respect my request to keep discussions where they started, as this makes conversations easier to follow. I am watching this page, so I will see responses made here. —LX (talk, contribs) 16:47, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
It's right there on the file description page that you created. —LX (talk, contribs) 18:37, 7 September 2011 (UTC)
Mvg Bakel123 (talk) 14:34, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- Again, please respect my request to keep discussions where they started. This discussion started here, so please reply here and not on my talk page.
- You have changed the authorship information to attribute Esther van der Linden. This claim – or the claim that she supposedly died more than 70 years ago – cannot be verified based on the source information you provided. The file is still missing essential source information, so I cannot remove the problem tag. —LX (talk, contribs) 14:45, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
Mvg Bakel123 (talk) 17:04, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
- Hi again! I see no evidence that the author has approved publication under the terms of Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike license. After some searching around, I did find this discussion, but that only mentions permission for you or for Wikipedia and makes no mention of specific licensing terms. —LX (talk, contribs) 20:18, 9 September 2011 (UTC)
I came across the file without seeing this conversation. I have changed the tag to missing permission. -- Groeten, Deadstar (msg) 08:05, 21 September 2011 (UTC)
Groeten, -- Deadstar (msg) 08:13, 26 September 2011 (UTC)

- I'm not sure what you're trying to say, but it doesn't seem to address the problems with the file descriptions. There are several problems. You have stated that the photos both appear on the page http://www.bhic.nl/. They don't. Please provide a link to a page showing the photos. You have not provided the name of the author of the photos. Please do that.
- You have stated that the author of the first photo (who you haven't named) approved publication of the photo under the specific terms and conditions of the Creative Commons Attribution Share-Alike license (or possibly Creative Commons Attribution and the GNU Free Documentation License), but there is no evidence that the author (whoever it is) actually did that, either on http://www.bhic.nl/ or on http://www.bhic.nl/index.php?id=213. The latter states "Alle rechten voorbehouden. ("All rights reserved. The contents of this site is intended for personal, noncommercial use.") Files restricted to {{Noncommercial}} use only are not permitted on Commons. The license also requires attribution of the author, which, again, you have not provided.
- You have stated that the author of the second photo (who you haven't named) died more than 70 years ago (or possibly that they approved publication under the Creative Commons Attribution and the GNU Free Documentation License), but there is no information to confirm that on http://www.bhic.nl/ or on http://www.bhic.nl/index.php?id=213. Please add the missing information and please read Commons:Eerste stappen again. —LX (talk, contribs) 22:01, 12 October 2011 (UTC)

File:Oude_Bakelsedyk.png has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not.

Warning
[edit]Please DO NOT manipulate postings of other users like you did here. You have been warned. --Rosenzweig τ 20:55, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
- Sorry, thank you fot the warning, I've already written my own piece. Mvg Bakel123 (talk) 20:57, 2 January 2012 (UTC)
File:Museum de Tolbrug, Bakel.png has been marked as a possible copyright violation. Wikimedia Commons only accepts free content—that is, images and other media files that can be used by anyone, for any purpose. Traditional copyright law does not grant these freedoms, and unless noted otherwise, everything you find on the web is copyrighted and not permitted here. For details on what is acceptable, please read Commons:Licensing. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules useful, or you can ask questions about Commons policies at the Commons:Help desk. If you are the copyright holder and the creator of the file, please read Commons:But it's my own work! for tips on how to provide evidence of that.
The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.

Thanks for uploading File:Tankautospuit 843 Bakel.jpg.
Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Tankautospuit 843 Bakel.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

Wikisage
Mvg Bakel123 (talk) 07:14, 10 January 2012 (UTC)
