Getting help

More information is available at the community portal. You may ask questions at the help desk, village pump or on IRC channel #wikimedia-commons (webchat). You can also contact an administrator on their talk page. If you have a specific copyright question, ask at the copyright village pump.

Goodies, tips, and tricks

Put Babel boxes on your user page so others know what languages you can speak and indicate your graphic abilities.
You can find the files you have uploaded in your Uploads.
Please sign your name on Talk pages by typing ~~~~.
To link to an image page without embedding the image, type: [[:File:Foo.jpg]], which produces: File:Foo.jpg.
You may enable gadgets (custom features) for your account.
There are several tools to upload files.
Have you edited Wikipedia before? This guide might be useful.

Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it.

Mylisz pojęcia. Przywołana przez ciebie ustawa nakazuje organom publicznym udostępnianie (cyfrowe) materiałów stworzonych za "publiczne pieniądze". Udostępnianie. Nie jest to tożsame z ich "uwalnianiem", czyli zrzeczeniem się majątkowych praw autorskich bądź udostępnieniu ich na tzw. wolnych licencjach. To coś jak obraz w muzeum - jest udostępniony, ale to nie oznacza, że nagle jest wyjęty spod praw autorskich. Masur (talk) 18:53, 10 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]
- Wyszukałem go w internecie i okazało się, że z pliku korzysta naprawdę wiele stron (a niektóre nawet wstawiają na niego znak wodny), np. [2], [3], [4]. To chyba oznacza, że jest to jednak plik niechroniony prawem autorskim, - nie. To oznacza, że z pliku korzysta naprawdę wiele stron. Nie ma to żadnego wpływu, ani nie pozwala na dedukowanie na temat jego statusu prawnego w stosunku do praw autorskich. Masur (talk) 17:00, 23 September 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Wszystkie szablony to standardowe informacje - w skrócie - nie ładuj plików, których autorem nie jesteś lub ich stan prawny nie jest znany lub (najgorsze) jest znany i bynajmniej są na wolnych licencjacj/domenie publicznej. P.S. w czym leży problem z plikami File:ZSL Biłgoraj w budowie.jpg, File:Internat ZSL Biłgoraj.jpg i File:ZSL Biłgoraj (1966).jpg? Przecież są one dziełem własnym - kwestia czy twoimi? To skany innych fotografii, pochodzące z lat 60., zatem zachodzi wątpliwość, że ty je zrobiłeś. Prawa autorskie należą do ich autora. Również co jest nie tak z plikiem File:Ppor Czesław Ciesielski.jpg? - Kacper Ciesielski nie jest autorem, a najwyżej posiadaczem majątkowych praw autorskich. I jako taki, musiałby wyrazić zgodę na publikację. Pamiętaj, że zdjęcia do domeny publicznej po X lat od śmierci autora trafiają, gdy wiemy kto był tym autorem i datę śmierci możemy ustalić. - A jeśli to ja je zrobiłem? - tyle, że nie zrobiłeś. Słuchaj - edytowanie i udostępnianie w projektach Wiki nie może polegać na oszukiwaniu? Bo kogo chcesz oszukać? Mnie? A może zostały mi one przekazane przez autora? - 1. bo jesteś za młody, by robić zdjęcia w latach 60, prawda (i proszę, nie bądźmy absurdalni i nie ciągnijmy, że "skąd to wiem"... ok?). Nie, nie sugeruję kradzieży, a co najwyżej nieznajomość lub zbyt swobodne traktowanie pewnych zasad. A jak zostały przekazane przez autora, to tym bardziej w polach autor i źródło, nie powinieneś podawać siebie. Co do: File:Kościół Niepokalanego Poczęcia Najświętszej Maryi Panny w Józefowie Biłgorajskim (1908).jpg to tu już oczywiste jest, że nie jesteś autorem, a jako taki widniejesz w opsie tego pliku. Do poprawy czego właśnie "wzywa" cię szablon. To także kwestia weryfikowalności - czyli możliwości potwierdzenia prawidłowości przedstawianych treści. Uwierz mi, nie działam nikomu ani na złość, ani wg mojego widzimisie. Jestem tu adminem od bodajże 18 lat, zatem większość twojego życia i uwierz mi - widziałem chyba wszystko, a podobnych argumentów jak twoje słyszałem setki razy.     - jak pozbyć się tego szablonu po uregulowaniu tych kwestii, - po prostu go usunąć. Ja od czasu do czasu sprawdzam czy nie usuwa się szablonów bezpodstawnie. Co mam zrobić z rysunkiem kościoła, jak nie możliwym jest odnalezienie oryginalnego autora? - a chociaż źródło? To byśmy zobaczyli co i jak. Ale jak nie ma - to typowe dzieło sieroce. Nie tylko nie wypowiemy się odnośnie praw autorskich, ale także prawdziwości (choć tu, akurat nie jest to problem). Co do 18 lat, czyli większość twojego życia są obraźliwe i ujmujące - nie, to nie miało ci niczego ujmować tylko przybliżyć moje doświadczenie. A co do twojego wieku, uwierz mi, obecnie w internecie nietrudno to ustalić, choć zaczęło się od pewnych domysłów. Ale podsumowując, ani nie chciałem cię obrażać - bo po co - ani ujmować - bo jak wieki taki czy inny miałby być ujmą. Ani patronizować - bo twój wiek nie ma znaczenia o ile dyskutujesz na poziomie (a dyskutujesz).       - Jeśli chodzi o kościół to lipa. Niestety ktoś z Polska-org nie pokwapił się opisać źródła (a widać, że to skan), na podstawie czego może byśmy dali temu PD. Z kolei gazeta. Ponownie, lipa. To nie ich zdjęcia (mówią, że z "Biłgoraj Nieznany", zatem ponownie - kto je zrobił) i jest wątpliwe, żeby gazeta miała do nich PA (z gazetami tak zwykle bywa, że mają to w dudzie, "prawo prasowe" itd. zatem trzeba uważać z takimi materiałami).
