Do you want to have a file renamed or moved? Use the move link and wait for an authorized user to rename it. Do you want to have your recently uploaded picture removed? Tag it as {{speedy|reason here}}. For more information read the deletion guidelines.

Droit d'auteur sur une image?

Bonjour,

Je vous écris à propos de cette photo. Vous dites en être l'auteur, mais:

1. vous mentionnez une certaine Céline Nieszawer dans le nom du fichier
2. la photo semble ne pas être un original d'après le modèle, mais une photo de photo, à en juger d'après le fond

Si vous avez photographié une précédente photo de Mme. Nieszawer, il s'agit d'une contrefaçon dont vous ne pouvez prétendre être l'auteur. Est-ce bien le cas? Merci! Litlok (talk) 16:41, 7 January 2024 (UTC)

Je n'avais pas vu passer votre réponse.

Il faudrait effectivement une autorisation explicte de Mme. Nieszawer. Pour cela, vous pouvez suivre la première procédure indiquée sur la page d'aide correspondante. Je n'ai pas le statut pour suivre ce qui va advenir de votre requête, et passe donc le relais aux volontaires qui la traiteront. Cependant, si vous avez besoin d'autres détails, j'essaierai de vous guider.
