--Achim (talk) 21:08, 12 January 2020 (UTC)

Autopatrol given
[edit]Hello. I just wanted to let you know that I have granted autopatrol rights to your account; the reason for this is that I believe you are sufficiently trustworthy and experienced to have your contributions automatically marked as "reviewed". This has no effect on your editing, it is simply intended to make it easier for users that are monitoring Recent changes or Recent uploads to find unproductive edits amidst the productive ones like yours. In addition, the Flickr upload feature and an increased number of batch-uploads in UploadWizard, uploading of freely licensed MP3 files, overwriting files uploaded by others and an increased limit for page renames per minute are now available to you. Thank you. ~riley (talk) 05:02, 25 March 2020 (UTC)
About bf vases photo request
[edit]About bf vases photo request | |
Greetings,
I have to say that i'm very grateful for your work. I'm working for my master's thesis at the University of Nantes France on the representation of atypical helmets in Greek art of the 6th and 5th centuries BC and you did provide me with some of the best photos I ever encountered of some helmets. But I was wondering if it was possible to request you for attic BD vases photos as I'm alaways looking for sharper pictures of "my" helmets. Here is my mail address : thibault.phelippeau@gmail.com Thank you very much for your work, Thibault Phélippeau Master 2 - Art history - University of Nantes, France AjaxTelamonios (talk) 14:00, 14 August 2020 (UTC) |
User categories
[edit]Hi! Five of your subpages were wrongly added in the User categories category. That category should only contain other categories. Galleries should be in the corresponding categories instead. Files should be in a parent or subcategory. I have corrected that as I am busy cleaning the User categories category. Sorry for having touched your personal subpages. --Dodeeric (talk) 20:06, 15 August 2020 (UTC)

Apulian vase from the "Massimo Campigli e gli Etruschi" exhibition
[edit]Hello. I saw that you had posted a photograph of a vase exposed in Venice as part of the "Massimo Campigli e gli Etruschi - Una pagana felicità" exhibition. Did you by any chance also take photographs of this Apulian crater, and if so could you put them on Commons? I need them for my research. Thanks!
A goat for you!
[edit]amazing collection of pictures, thanks a lot.

- thank you for your friendly and motivating words.
- Best greetings also from Germany ArchaiOptix (talk) 09:33, 25 September 2023 (UTC)
- Jonathan says the right thing. But one suggestion: could you please upload your images in categories for each vase, at least whan you uplad so much detail images. And, mostly you do it, but sometimes not: one image of the complete Vase would be always fine.
- Thanks to your work, I can now agein some more missing examples in my opus magnus. Marcus Cyron (talk) 16:55, 4 October 2023 (UTC)

File:Brygos Painter ARV 385 228 Alkaios and Sappho - Dionysos and maenad (08).jpg has been listed at Commons:Deletion requests so that the community can discuss whether it should be kept or not. We would appreciate it if you could go to voice your opinion about this at its entry.
If you created this file, please note that the fact that it has been proposed for deletion does not necessarily mean that we do not value your kind contribution. It simply means that one person believes that there is some specific problem with it, such as a copyright issue. Please see Commons:But it's my own work! for a guide on how to address these issues. |

Telos Painter fragment from the Ashmolean
[edit]Hello and many thanks for all your fine work. I hope you approve but I have used your image of a vase fragment in the Ashmolean attributed to the "Telos Painter" in a section in the wiki page on Tilos. I believe this to be within the wiki CC rules and your clearance. I've altered the caption but will be happy to amend. Kind regards Riga-to-Rangoon (talk) 14:58, 29 January 2024 (UTC)
- Hello, you are of course welcome to reuse this picture of mine. Thanks for the positive feedback.
