lancia v6

[edit]

Not sure, but I think they are all the same base design? there is only one page in wikipedia about lancia v6, and then they have used Alfa Romeo V6 also --Typ932 (talk) 15:05, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You appear to be using Wikipedia as WP:RS to prove something.
Yes, Lancia made one famous V6 engine, the Aurelia engine. It's fair to describe the Flaminia as a development of this. However that's not the only one, even if we arbitrarily exclude the Stratos engine as purely a Ferrari engine (which it isn't).
Nor did they only make a single opposed-4, despite what Wikipedia claims (claiming commonality between the Flavia & Gamma engines is ridiculous). Andy Dingley (talk) 19:06, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
I forgot the dino engine fully.... still I think the dino engine could have its own category and the rest could be in the same as they seem to be same base design. --Typ932 (talk) 19:29, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
A 1.5 litre pushrod isn't quite the same thing as a 3 litre quad-cam from 25 years later. Andy Dingley (talk) 21:09, 20 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
What 1.5 L pushrod or 3 litre you are talking about?? --Typ932 (talk) 15:11, 21 October 2009 (UTC)[reply]
The Lancia V6 engines?
