Copyright violations
Hello Alians PL.
You have uploaded one or more files that are copyright violations. You have done so despite requests from editors not to do so, and despite their instructions. See Commons:Licensing for the copyright policy on Wikimedia Commons. You may also find Commons:Copyright rules by subject matter useful. This is your last warning. The next time you upload a file that violates copyright, you will be blocked. Please leave me a message if you have further questions. |

Cyt. Why is the whole mass of users such tickets may be placed in my case such impertinence? http://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/Category:Culture_show_tickets Maybe because I'm user of the Polish? --Alians PL (talk) 21:28, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
- "Buying" something does not give you any copyrights. Only the copyright holder, noone else, can license something. Copyright law is not created to protect your property on the ticket but to protect the creative work of the person who designed the ticket - provided that the ticket design passes the threshold of originality and is not just plain text. --Martin H. Sorry, In that case, I was misled. directory contents first "Category:Culture_show_tickets", second, by an imprecise content of instruction Commons:Licensing => Acceptable licenses "Commons also allows works that are not protected by copyright (i.e. works in the public domain). Please read the section about public domain below.". By the way, the use of a licensed "This image was originally posted to Flickr by" to appeal to other resources in many cases is the use of the loophole. --Alians PL (talk) 23:48, 11 August 2010 (UTC)
Apparently, trademarks used for information purposes do not enjoy copyright protection? http://pl.wikipedia.org/wiki/Copyright Unfortunately, the information in Wikipedia on copyright is not uniform in different languages. Poza tym, Dz.U. z 2006 r. Nr 90 poz. 631 Rozdział 1 Przedmiot prawa autorskiego Art.2. ust. 5.

The file you added has been deleted. If you have written permission from the copyright holder, please have them send us a free license release via COM:VRT. If you believe that the deletion was not in accordance with policy, you may request undeletion. (It is not necessary to request undeletion if using VRT; the file will be automatically restored at the conclusion of the process.) Warning: Wikimedia Commons takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
