Нічого не маю проти того, що ти вилучив цей файл, але треба хочаб ставити до відома--Kamelot (talk) 11:42, 5 April 2009 (UTC)
Template:PD-Japan-exempt
Thank you for creating Japanese flag image, File:Flag of Mie Prefecture.png and File:Flag of Kyoto Prefecture.png. But according to ja:Wikipedia:井戸端/subj/都道府県旗のアップロード and Commons:井戸端/過去ログ3#都道府県旗及び都道府県章のアップロードは問題ないか, flag is not apply "Article 13 of the Copyright Law of Japan". This flag image file must be replace from this template. If you think your flag image don't have copyright, this template may be replaced Template:PD-ineligible at contributor-responsibility.--Knua (talk) 16:38, 15 April 2009 (UTC)
- Sorry, I don't know Japanese. Can you translate Commons:井戸端/過去ログ3#都道府県旗及び都道府県章のアップロードは問題ないか into English?--Anatoliy (talk) 14:46, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
- OK. roughly summarized, Template:PD-Japan-exempt is based on Article 13 of the Copyright Law. This Law states that Japanese or local laws, regulations, circular notices and or directives are not copyrights. According to previous discussion, "Article 13" applies only texts of government law, and doesn't aplly contents (emblem, flag, song, etc) included of that. So, Japanes wikipedia already rejects the copyrightable Flag and Emblem.--Knua (talk) 17:40, 16 April 2009 (UTC)
- OK, I deleted them.--Anatoliy (talk) 08:46, 17 April 2009 (UTC)
