Thanks for uploading File:Wandering Detective Tragedy in Red Valley 2.jpg. This media is missing permission information. A source is given, but there is no proof that the author or copyright holder agreed to license the file under the given license. Please provide a link to an appropriate webpage with license information, or ask the author or copyright holder to send an email with copy of a written permission to VRT (permissions-commons@wikimedia.org). You may still be required to go through this procedure even if you are the author yourself; please see Commons:But it's my own work! for more details. After you emailed permission, you may replace the {{No permission since}} tag with {{subst:PP}} on file description page. Alternatively, you may click on "Challenge speedy deletion" below the tag if you wish to provide an argument why evidence of permission is not necessary in this case.
Please see this page for more information on how to confirm permission, or if you would like to understand why we ask for permission when uploading work that is not your own, or work which has been previously published (regardless of whether it is your own). The file probably has been deleted. If you sent a permission, try to send it again after 14 days. Do not re-upload. When the VRT-member processes your mail, the file can be undeleted. Additionally you can request undeletion here, providing a link to the File-page on Commons where it was uploaded ([[:File:Wandering Detective Tragedy in Red Valley 2.jpg]] ) and the above demanded information in your request. |

- Thank you very much for contacting me. I have revised to PD-Japan-organization on this file again. I also have posted source and author on this file.--こういぇはつ (talk) 10:22, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
- Yes, you did post the source but it was not clear how you obtained the image. Did the Marubell Company give this to you, did you make a screenshot or did you just find it online? I have now found the image online here with a reference to Marubell Ltd. but it would be helpful if you provided a direct link to the website where you found the image. De728631 (talk) 18:13, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
- @De728631: Yes, I had scanned this photography by myself using image scanner. Marubell has sold many portrait photographies (we have called them "bromide" in Japan) about actors, actresses, singers, musicians of in show business at Japan since 1921. You can get any portrait photographies as you buy them now. But this portrait photography of Sonny Chiba 1961 has been made from over 55 years so that it is applied to PD-Japan-organization. Kontoreg (talk · contribs) does't comprehend the law of Japan. Source is on, author is on at that file. It is clear, isn't it.
- By the way, I found another file that is no source and author yet. I suppose there is more problem than I uploaded it. I think that file was made from Marubell, too. But I don't know what year did it make.--こういぇはつ (talk) 19:29, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
- Ah, I see, thank you. I have now adjusted the description of File:Sonny Chiba 1961.jpg to indicate that you scanned the image. De728631 (talk) 19:38, 20 July 2016 (UTC)
