I just discovered the templates of Category:International botanical terms using LangSwitch. I have some comments

• This categories regroups templates that have not much in common except being yours. The fact that they use LangSwitch is not interesting.
  • Some are templates for "external links". They should be in Category:Biology external link templates
  • Some are meant to create sections ({{LanSwref}}, {{LanSwreffirst}}...)
  • Some are meant to create bibliography ({{Genorch 1}}...)

• They are globaly badly named. Reason why you use redirects in the galleries. Using redirects is a bad idea.

• The section templates
  • You names all your templates Template:LanSwxxxx.
    • The prefix LanSw is not a good idea. It is too complicated and too long and too far from LangSwitch.
    • Also after LanSw you should used uppercase Like LanSwGenusplural (This is called CamelCase or Binnenmajuskel) instead of LanSwgenusplural where you don't see the transition from Sw and genus.
    • The solution was simply to name the /title templates "/i18n" and put these subtemplates in Category:Internationalization subtemplates.
    • So for {{LanSwgenusplural}} I recommand: {{GeneraSection}}, {{LangGenera}}
  • All Template:LanSwxxxx are incorrecly constructed:

    Their main code is in a subtemplate instead of in the main template, but their doc is in the main template instead of being in a subtemplate.

  • {{REF 0}}, {{REF 1}}, {{REF 2}}, {{REF 3}}
    • are badly named. Uppercase should be restricted to acronyms
    • why use redirects, when you should use directly the templates. The reason is that the real templates are badly named
    • I really don't like the fact that they contain the == == part.
      • You cannot change their title level by adding = =
      • You use === {{LanSwplant}} === but {{REF 3}}. Why not === {{REF 3}} === ?
  • {{Genorch 1}}, {{Genorch 2}}, {{Genorch 3}}, {{Genorch 4}}, {{Genorch 5}}, {{Genorch 6}}
    • why 5 templates. You could have 1 with a year parameter. Inside there would be a switch for the ISBN book

• The external link templates
  • for all of them, there is 3 parameters for the access-date. But access-date is not displayed
  • {{FOC25}}
    • is badly named. It's eFlora for China ?
    • so it is a concurrent of {{EFloras}} ?
    • the pdf does not exist anymore
  • {{WCSP}}
    • is a concurrent of {{Kew list}} ?
    • you use it via a redirect {{WCL}} ?
    • is not well documented: the id is not documented
    • is not in Category:Biology external link templates
  • {{Emocotdir}}
    • is badly named: it should be named {{Emonocot}} or {{EMonocot}} (They display it eMonocot in the web site)
    • is not well documented: the id is not documented
    • is not in Category:Biology external link templates
  • {{MBG}}
    • is a concurrent of {{Tropicos}}
    • is not in Category:Biology external link templates
  • {{IPNI}}
    • is really not well documented: the syntax documented is incorrect
    • is not in Category:Biology external link templates
  • {{TPLF}}
    • is a concurrent of {{ThePlantList species}} ?
    • why the F ?
    • is really not well documented: the syntax documented is incorrect
    • is not in Category:Biology external link templates

• {{Nadi}}
  • is badly named. What means Nadi ?
  • is not documented
• You use {{SN}} is a strange way {{clist|{{SN}}|collapsed=y|2=. If you explain me the purpose, I can integrate it in {{SN}} and {{VN}} for homogeneity purpose
