I usually take pictures of sports, where people don't earn a lot of money. And my way to show my respect is to take pictures and give them back to you for free to use.

My images usually uncut, so every user can take the raw material and cut it in a form he/she likes.

English: I didn't know this sport until I arrived. But from the first moment I was downright in love. All of this was planned as half a day, plus the finals. But I couldn't leave anymore. I had to go back to the finals every day. From the second day I was there, but not right from the start (there are pictures of some games from BugWarp from the first day). That is why not all the games are documented and also because one of the afternoons came when the heavy rain came and made photography impossible. All of this had an impact on the boys' games, so there are a little less of them. In addition, there were always three games at the same time, but I was only alone. That's why I always had to divide up the games a bit. Most of the time I was in first place for the first half, while the second half was split between the two other places. Nevertheless, there shouldn't be any players who cannot be found more than once in the pictures. Many players have literally engraved themselves on my brain. When I later saw part of it again at the 2019 European Championships (pictures below), it was a real pleasure. Others may adore footballers, basketball players, tennis players or golfers. I'm now a fan of two or three dozen players - but YOG will always play a very special role for me and shape me in this sport. So I'm looking forward to following the players' careers as best I can. And that doesn't stop at the photos. In the meantime (as of February 25, 2021) there are at least 40+ articles on participants in the YOG in beach handball in the German-language Wikipedia (see links below).
Deutsch: Ich kannte diesen Sport bis ich ankam nicht. Aber vom ersten Moment an war ich regelrecht verliebt. Das alles war als halber Tag geplant, dazu noch die Finals. Aber ich konnte nicht mehr weg. Ich musste jeden Tag bis zu den Finals zurück kehren. Ab dem zweiten Tag war ich vor Ort, allerdings nicht ganz von Beginn an (Bilder vom ersten Tag gibt es von einigen Spielen von BugWarp). Deshalb sind nicht ganz alle Spiele dokumentiert und auch, weil an einem der Nachmittage der heftige Regen kam und Fotografieren einfach unmöglich gemacht hatte. Das hatte alles vor allem Auswirkungen auf die Spiele der Jungen, von denen deshalb etwas weniger da sind. Zudem waren immer drei Spiele gleichzeitig, ich aber nur allein. Deshalb musste ich mir die Spiele immer etwas einteilen. Zumeist war ich für die erste Halbzeit auf dem ersten Platz, die zweite Halbzwit teilte ich mir zeitlich auf den beiden anderen Plätzen auf. Dennoch dürfte es keine Spieler geben, die nicht mehrfach auf den Bildern zu finden sind. Viele Spieler haben sich regelrecht in mein Gehirn graviert. Als ich dann später einen Teil bei den Europameisterschaften 2019 (Bilder weiter unten) wieder gesehen habe, war das eine rechte Freude. Andere mögen Fußballer anhimmeln, Baskettballer, Tennisspieler oder Golfer. Ich bin mittlerweile Fan von sicher zwei, drei Dutzend Spielern - doch die YOG werden immer eine ganz besondere Rolle für mich spielen und in diesem Sport für mich prägend sein. Ich freue mich also darauf, die Karrieren der Spieler so gut es geht verfolgen zu können. Und das bleibt nicht bei den Fotos. Mittlerweile (Stand: 25. Februar 2021) gibt es zumiundest in der deutschsprachigen Wikipedia schon 40+ Artikel zu Teilnehmer bei den YOG im Beachhandball (siehe Links folgend).
Español: No conocía este deporte hasta que llegué. Pero desde el primer momento me enamoré rotundamente. Todo esto estaba planeado como medio día, más la final. Pero no pude irme más. Tenía que volver a la final todos los días. Desde el segundo día estuve allí, pero no desde el principio (hay fotos de algunos juegos de BugWarp del primer día). Por eso no todos los juegos están documentados y también porque llegó una de las tardes en que llegó la fuerte lluvia e imposibilitó la fotografía. Todo esto tuvo un impacto en los juegos de los chicos, por lo que hay un poco menos de ellos. Además, siempre había tres partidos al mismo tiempo, pero yo solo estaba solo. Por eso siempre tuve que dividir un poco los juegos. La mayor parte del tiempo estuve en primer lugar durante la primera mitad, mientras que la segunda mitad se dividió entre los otros dos lugares. Sin embargo, no debería haber jugadores que no se puedan encontrar más de una vez en las imágenes. Muchos jugadores se han grabado literalmente en mi cerebro. Cuando volví a ver parte de él en el Campeonato de Europa de 2019 (fotos a continuación), fue un verdadero placer. Otros pueden adorar a los futbolistas, los jugadores de baloncesto, los jugadores de tenis o los golfistas. Ahora soy fanático de dos o tres docenas de jugadores, pero YOG siempre jugará un papel muy especial para mí y me formará en este deporte. Así que espero seguir la carrera de los jugadores lo mejor que pueda. Y eso no se detiene en las fotos. Mientras tanto (a partir del 25 de febrero de 2021) hay al menos más de 40 artículos sobre los participantes en el YOG en balonmano playa en la Wikipedia en alemán (ver enlaces a continuación).
