Construction has finally begun on February 23, 2012. Hopefully it can progress without incident. You may wish to don a hard hat while construction is in progress.

I don't spend much time here at the commons, most of my time is spent helping out on the English Wiki. I'll be checking in periodically so if I don't return any messages right away, don't fret. I shortly will.
