I am a user who has made minor vandal IP edits in the past. Not cross-wiki, but only once or twice, then never again on the English Wikipedia.
I do know some vandals off-wiki, but they have since given up on Wikimedia projects.
The vandals are:
- SunStar Net (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) - NOTE: not the real one, since the real user uses a lower-case S. Same on English Wikipedia, MediaWiki.org, Wikiquote and interlingual Wikisource.
Username attacks my friend's website. Use NOINDEX to prevent impostor showing up in search results. Was renamed on Test Wikipedia at request of real one (who edits as Sunstar NW XP, incidentally - and is a single-account user.)
- Sunholm (talk · contributions · Move log · block log · uploads · Abuse filter log) - compromising someone else's account, renaming it to Sunholm on the English Wikipedia and using the site to recruit people, treating English Wikipedia and Wikibooks as gaming sites. No Commons account.
- 82.42.237.84 (talk · contribs) - formerly an open proxy, now closed. Was unwittingly an open proxy due to a badly-configured Apache install.
The above IP has been blocked by checkusers on three wikis, but is not abusing Wikisource/versity or MediaWiki.org (where there is a good editor).
