Greg Wright is a published author and professional editor and publisher with degrees in English Literature and Computer Science (University of Washington, 1984) and Theology and Ministry (Puget Sound Christian College, 1997). He has taught literature, theater, and film at the college level. After several years of writing plays for community theater, he began writing and editing extensively on film and literature while Managing Editor for HollywoodJesus.com (1999-2012) and also founded the film-review site Past the Popcorn in 2006 (now syndicated exclusively through South King Media). His first book, Tolkien in Perspective, was published in 2003 with the followup Peter Jackson in Perspective released in 2004. His first novel, West of the Gospel, was published in 2010 (as W. John MacGregor). He is currently a member of the Methow Valley's Confluence Poets.
