Early life

Emmanuel Nnaemeka Vitus better known as King VEN hails from Oru East, Imo State [2] and born to the family of seven children as the second to the last born in the city of Agege, Lagos State. He became popular for his famous work on Osun river.[1] Having featured on an article which explain the art work [3] of the Osun river and Vanguard News Paper.[4]

Education

Emmanuel had his secondary school education from a remote community where he obtained his West African Examinations Council from a Government School in Lagos. [2] He then further to obtained a bachelors degree from Obafemi Awolowo University in Local Government and Development Studies. [3]

Career

He started his career as an assistant camera man moving camera equipment from one movie location to another. During his time in the university he was actively involved in several event as a video editor and camera man. He has worked has a freelance Video Producer at Upwork and adequately delivered at his best.[5]

He is the convener of a monthly virtual editing training (SVET),[6] a project initiated in commemoration of the International Youth Day of Service in 2019 which aims to train over 1,000 youths in tech for the implementation of the United Nations SDGs which solve the Problem of unemployment and enhances digital literacy among young people in Africa.

He has written several scholarly articles including his foremost paper on cybercrime and online safety [7] which gained him a global reputation in the field of cybersecurity and featuring on the USA Africa Dialogue Series. [8]
