My name is Ger Hanssen.
- who am I?
I am a techer of science. I have developed a great number of educational documents during the years. That involved tutorials, instructional materials, tests, and experiments. I like to create texts and images. So I started working on some projects on the dutch site of Wikibooks. As part of that, I have been uploading quite a number of images, mainly diagrams.
- where does it come from?
I made most of these diagrams myself, but sometimes the source is another teacher that offered it for further use. As this happened in good faith, I asume that in such situations, in the spirit of the transfer, I am free to pass the material under GFDL / CC-BY-SA.

- ambition
Further it's my ambition to ever set up a test item database on a Wiki basis. Maybe as a wikiproject (??WikiTest??). I see a great need for easily available and quickly constructable, tests based on relyable test items. Please understand me well: I especially mean open questions, that teachers can print out, so that the tests can be used in class. The MC quizzes, which are very hot on digital media will play a less prominent role in this initiative.
