Hello fellow editor!

I am an historian by profession. I live in Denmark where I teach high schools students, college kids, and everything in between. When I have the time for it I do my own research.

I have worked with a wide range of historical topics during my career. From mercenaries in the Hellenistic period, the conversion narrative in the Norwegian and Icelandic sagas, and chemical warfare in World War One. My great professional passions are classical antiquity and military history.

Recently I have taken a keen interest in the accoutrements and uniforms of the Scandinavian armies in the late 19th century - early 20th century.
