I'm gonna collect them i think, so if people search for examples, i can just give them the link. This way we'll also get an inventarisation of what problems people are encountering.

• File:CommonsLogo no text transparant.png replaced by Image:Commons-logo.svg, without changing the pictures (at least partially). See [1] for example. This deletion was done by new admin Bastique who assumed that the individual who uploaded the cross several months before had done so after checking usage. This admin has since modified his deletion policies to always check usage, even on an image that has been "crossed out" for months.
• nl:Afbeelding:Begripsverklaring.png by Image:Disambig.svg on nl.wp by anonymous user, probably from commons. (25 feb 2006)
• User:Schaengel89 put a lot of {nowcommons}-tags on nl.wp, whitch were NOT CORRECT. The images on commons were not the same. After mentioning it to me, he told me (effeietsanders) that Ihr seid doch alle krank! Schaengel89 27 feb 2006 10:53 (CET) (the dutch wikipedians) 17:11, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
• Image:European flag.svg and Image:European flag.png are not the same: when switching back and forth, every star moves. --Tuvic 19:18, 27 February 2006 (UTC)
• Recently again some anonymous users (from commons?) replacing png-flags by svg-flags on nl.wp. They are not always the same, and give the people checking the anonymous edits a lot of extra work. 14:51, 4 May 2006 (UTC)
• the replacement of a png-wikibooks-logo by an NOT CORRECT svg! by DingDong. He made an account under a FALSE name, to prevent tracking.
• The deletion of the correct Wikibooks-logo by user:flominator because it should be the same to the WRONG! svg-version.
