Colonel Abdi Osman Hirsi was in the Somali military who fought and technical won the 77 war. Colonel Abdi Osman was a man of honour and honest who respected every one equally.

Colonel Abdi Osman was respected governor of Dayniile district of Banadir for many years as one of the most honest governor in any distriict in Somalia, he never thought taking a single public fund. As a district governor he used to use the public transport with the citizens and although, he was a high ranking official , he always respected every one no matter what they are and never promoted himself higher than the citizens.

That is why that almost of all farmers and herders in his district loved him so much. Colonel Abdi Osman Never abused his trust of power and used to help people settle and solve their grievances and disputes in equality and with respect manner.
