A Requests Related to the Namespace in SVG Files

Hello.

In Wikimedia Commons, it seems that the namespace included in the SVG file is restricted and there seems to be no standard way to make requests related to them. (e.g; [1], [2]).

I would like to add the “http://purl.org/dc/terms/” namespace to the whitelist for namespaces in SVG. Where and how should I request it? Please advise where to make the request.
