I am a postdoctoral researcher in the field of developmental psychobiology and occasionally take photos of the local wildlife, particularly birds (in S. Florida and now in Bloomington, IN). I started taking pictures primarily for the sake of being able to later identify what I was seeing, but occasionally ended up with something relatively nice. I am submitting most of these to Wikimedia commons.
