1. vote-counting and decision in the template (accessible from the candidates-page), decision also in the headline
2. copy template-lines (with this link)
3. paste template-lines into the archive of the month (Mar 2006)
4. If necessary create new month here
5. delete the template-lines (with this link)
6. keep time-table (accessible from the candidates-page) up to date

Administration of featured pictures

1. insert "Featured picture" (in template-brackets) on the image-page
2. list pictures in the approprate categories (links "more" in the new-pictures-list)
3. list pictures in the appropriate categories of the new-pictures-list, delete old ones, so that 3 remain
