This user account is a pywiki-based bot operated by Bomazi (talk). It is not a sock puppet, but rather an automated or semi-automated account for making repetitive edits that would be extremely tedious to do manually. This bot ran on the Toolserver. Toolserver stopped operating on July 1, 2014, at which point all tools not migrated to the new Labs environment stopped functioning. Operators were advised to move their bots to Toollabs (now Toolforge).
