Request Slight Modification re UW/WSU research split

Thank you very much for the graphic at http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Washington_I-502_Revenue_Dispersion.jpg, which is a great improvement on the previous file. Exact Section 28 text on allocation of 1% for research as per http://sos.wa.gov/_assets/elections/initiatives/i502.pdf is "(c) Six-tenths of one percent to the University of Washington and four-tenths of one percent to Washington State University for research on the short and long-term effects of marijuana use, to include but not be limited to formal and informal methods for estimating and measuring intoxication and impairment, and for the dissemination of such research;" When you have an opportunity, might you please change the second-to-last line to show "0.4% WSU Short and Long Term Affect Research" to better reflect this text?
