I use Scratch to make most of my vector graphics. I don't have an account, however. I also use online converters to trace raster graphics when needed. If you wonder what I used to make a specific image, feel free to ask in my discussion page. I use Vegas Pro to edit my videos, and GIMP to draw raster graphics.
