Welcome here. I'm from the Netherlands, to be precise Apeldoorn. This explains the Apd part of my user name; the rest comes from encyclopedia.

Already active on the Dutch Wikipedia since 2005, I started my Commons account in April 2009. This was shortly after buying my first digital camera.

I especially like uploading my own work, and (re)categorizing. Large categories like 'Men' make me very nervous.
