Have a question?

[edit]
  • Which species are listed here?
  • Every species accepted by MolluscaBase/WoRMS will be here. Currently species starting with letters A through H will be here.
  • What are the red links about?
  • Not every species has an image, so the red links indicate species without images.
  • I found an image for a species not here. Should I add it?
  • If it is from the PRI, go ahead! If not, check its copyright. If it is CC0, CC BY or CC BY-SA, add it! (Place the number after the species name as 3 instead of 1 or 2 so it does not appear on this page)
  • What do the numbers in the filenames mean?
  • 1 = apertural view, 2 = dorsal view. 3 or more means it is not from the PRI.
  • Which species are extant?
  • A. cylindrica, A. goniops, A. micans, A. montana, A. rubens, A. spirizona, A. variegata. If it is not one of these seven (or A. intermedia, synonym of A. cylindrica) it is almost certainly extinct.
