Per this bold edit, the template now reads "This file is a work of a United States federal court judge or magistrate judge..." This is not entirely accurate. Many of the files it is attached to are pictures of judges, which are works of the judiciary but obviously not taken by a judge. The note from the above edit to clarify that parties' briefs aren't included is fine, but the text "judge or magistrate judge" should be stricken. Agtx (talk) 21:09, 5 May 2022 (UTC)
