Functionality

Whatever this function promises to do, it doesn't do it for me. The usage {{IMO|0100052}} generates the following output:

• Look up "IMO 0100052" which produces this URL:

https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Commons:IMO_sources&withJS=IMO_magic.js&imon=0100052

It's hard to say because I don't know what it's supposed to achieve. The code above now generates

which gives eight interwikilinks of the form

and one external link

The conclusion may be that:

• (1) Wikipedia has no information on that ship
• (2) The ship was never (or currently isn't) under Canadian flag
• or (3) the IMO number is incorrect.
