I don't think so. It looks like the conjunction is "continually changing (snip) or abusing multiple accounts", so having the -ing form for both makes sense. whym (talk) 07:21, 13 September 2019 (UTC)

 Not done I don't see why we would have a link to meta in a Commons template, I don't see why we should change to what enwiki is doing, and I'm not even seeing that difference on enwiki's template anyways. --Majora (talk) 22:15, 26 September 2019 (UTC)
