Too many links
[edit]If you give three links, it's extremely unlikely that the user will read or even click the licensing page. It's especially bad to link the UploadWizard as the user will be very likely to immediately upload whatever they have already tried to upload. Instead we could just link Commons:First steps, perhaps. to link directly to the readers language's version of Commons:Licensing. The tvar
is defined with the same content earlier, so can be reused, and reduces the work for translators since the link target doesn't need to be translated.
