Title of family tree box

The title in English by default is "Family tree of" followed by the label of the "entityID" at Wikidata.

For other languages, this defaults to the label of d:Q189977 that is currently "family tree". For languages that are not LTR, merely the label of the entity is displayed.

Depending on the language you are using, the tree at the beginning of this section shows the corresponding titles for Charlemagne (Q3044).

To define better titles for other languages, add a line similar to "|en=" in the template.
