1. Take photos related to the theme Climate & Weather
2. Create a free account or log in on Wikimedia Commons.
3. Consult our How to Enter page for useful advice on everything relating to the competition.
4. Make sure you follow the rules of the competition (otherwise your image might not be eligible)!
5. Upload your photos – from the 1st March 2023 onwards!

Important
Entered images or media must visually capture the theme as it applies to "Africa".
To be considered, entries must be submitted under a free license (read about licenses here).

What prizes can I win?

There are several prizes up for grabs for quality entries: both at a national and international level. For national prizes, see what local organisers have planned in your country.

At the international level, there are several main prize categories for Wiki Loves Africa + 2 additional prizes for the 2023 theme!
