This template is a work in progress. Improvements are welcome.
This template is created to warn and block “nicely” vandals acting as new users uploading series of pics probably under copyright. Many vandals work by this way, just uploading many copyrighted pics. Block such users stop their uploads, limit the task of deletions, and keep more time for other tasks. Blockage of 1 day should be enough.
Usage

Block quickly the new users uploading series of pics probably under copyright for one day or less; then, on their user talk page, paste:

And that will be fine and polite.
Then you have more time to contribute or to live your life.
The template takes no parameters.
