Usage

The same as Template:States of the United States, but in this template you can initialize several suffixes and prefixes: if the pair suffix-prefix does not suit, the pair suffix2-prefix2 will be tried and so on up to 5.

DC and Insular areas appear only when you write |territories=1

All parameters from prefix to prefix5 and from suffix to suffix5 must be filled.
