Template:Summer Paralympics/doc

Usage: This template is intended as a navigational aid in categories of the Summer Paralympics.

Note: There DOES exist categories for events that have not been held, either because they were finally cancelled or because they will occur in a near future, related to their initial planning, preparation, candidatures for host cities, competitions for preselections, and other promotional documents or events (including some political events). The template will conditionally add them when they exist and are created on Commons for correctly categorizing the related files. Do not suppress them. These events (planned for 1916, 1940, 1944, or after 2025) are even counted officially by the IOC in its published list (or in their formal ordinal names): if they are displayed, they will distinguished from other items in the list using italic style.
