- Usage
- This template is used to display the upper classification of a taxon.
- Mainly when this placement differs depending on the source.
- It can be used for example inside a {{Taxoconflict}}
- Note: if you want to edit this template, first try your modifications on {{Placement/sandbox}}.You can then test your edits in {{Placement/testcases}}.
When the new version is ready, you can move it to the main template.

- Syntax

- Parameters

- taxonRankX
- the rank of the parent taxon X.
- "incertae sedis" and "?" are displayed "Incertae sedis"
- "none" is displayed none, meaning: without taxon for this rank (without subfamilia)
- Sample (for genus Resinicium): familia
- taxonNameX
- the name of the parent taxon X.
- Sample (for genus Resinicium): Rickenellaceae
