This file is in the public domain in Iran because it is a work prepared and/or broadcasted by the Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting (IRIB) and made available to the public before 11 January 1995. As a legal personality, the term of copyright for IRIB's works expire after 30 years from the date of publication or public presentation. The same duration of protection would also apply to photographic or cinematographic works aired by the IRIB, whose legal copyright holder is not the IRIB itself.

Programmes aired after 11 January 1995: The Islamic Republic of Iran Broadcasting holds the copyright on all material broadcasted after 11 January 1995. All such content should be deleted as a {{Copyvio}}. Please see Commons:Copyright rules by territory/Iran for more information.

This work is now in the public domain in Iran, because according to the Law for the Protection of Authors, Composers and Artists Rights (1970) its term of copyright has expired for one of the following reasons:

The creator(s) died before 22 August 1980, for works that their copyright expired before 22 August 2010 according to the 1970 law.
The creator(s) died more than 50 years ago. (Reformation of article 12 - 22 August 2010)
