Navigation box for categories

Usage

Parameter	Description	Default	Status
`pattern`	The name pattern for the categories to which the navigation items will point, without the `Category:` prefix. The placeholder `<<state>>` will be replaced by the actual name of the state.	`<<state>>`	optional
